New construction condos in LoSo starting under $400K? This is one to watch.

The Peterson, a new condominium development planned for 323 E. Peterson Drive in Lower South End (LoSo), Charlotte, is expected to bring 49 new condos to a location directly adjacent to The Olde Mecklenburg Brewery (OMB) biergarten.

Developed by Denciti Partners and Red Cedar Capital Partners, The Peterson is planned to offer one- and two-bedroom condos ranging from approximately 702 to 1,296 square feet, along with a common rooftop deck. And perhaps most notably, pricing is expected to start under $400,000.

That could make The Peterson an interesting new ownership opportunity in a part of Charlotte that has seen tremendous growth — but where much of the new residential development has been apartments rather than condos.
